Each add-on product is custom-made to order so they cannot be canceled or refunded once 24 hours have elapsed from the time of purchase. Should you wish to cancel your order within the initial 24-hour period and the product has not yet entered production, a cancellation fee equivalent to 20% of the product price will be applied before a refund is issued back to your original payment method.

Receive your instrumental as a downloadable link via email within 48-72 hours after the song is completed. The instrumental is provided in MP3 format and retains the same structure and length as your original song, minus the lyrics.
