Whilst we can't offer a refund for songs that have entered production, we know that your custom song is much more than just words and melodies. We value the importance of every detail, and our mission is to create a song that deeply connects with you while bringing out a heartfelt range of emotions in the recipient. 

You can request up to five (5) lines of lyric changes and unlimited corrections for any mispronunciations, as long as they’re submitted within 48 hours of receiving your song. Revisions requested after this window will be considered on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.

For more extensive lyric revisions or complex changes, we offer additional services for an extra fee. Our Customer Support team is here to assist with your request, provide pricing details, and coordinate your revisions directly with the artist.

You'll be emailed a digital copy of your song within the time frame you selected, and the format you chose to have it delivered in here.
